  • Sewer Line Replacement

Drain Right Plumbing Services does more than clear drains. We can also repair or replace water and sewer lines to correct various problems.

    • Broken, Cracked, Offset, or Collapsed Pipe: Damaged pipes due to shifting soil and settling.
    • Blockage: Grease buildup or a foreign object restricting or prohibiting proper flow or cleaning of the line.
    • Corrosion: The pipe has deteriorated and/or broken, causing collapses in the line and restricting flow.
    • Bellied Pipe: A section of the pipe has sunk due to ground or soil conditions, creating a valley that collects paper and waste.
    • Leaking Joints: Seals between pipes have broken, allowing water to escape into the surrounding area.
    • Root Infiltration: Tree or shrub roots have invaded the sewer line, preventing normal cleaning, and/or have damaged the line.
  • Rooter Services

Our technicians are highly trained and equipped with advanced, electronically-powered mechanical drain equipment (cables), as well as a wide array of cutter blades and attachments. These blades and attachments vary in size and design, allowing our technicians the flexibility necessary to dislodge almost any blockage.

    • Roots in System: Roots growing into a pipe or joint will clog and eventually crush or separate the pipe. Interval cleaning with a cable machine and special blades may extend the life of a drain line.
    • Clogs in Line: Grease, sags, beliefs, improper disposal or abuse, construction debris, scale, offset joints, and age are frequent causes of drain problems. Most often, these can be remedied using an electric mechanical cable machine with appropriate cutters and blades.
    • Lines with a long run, excessive buildup, or diameters over 12 inches may require water jet service.
  • Hydro-Jetting Service

Hydro-jetting is a process that uses high-pressure water to clear blockages in pipe systems and is typically the first approach to clearing blocked lines. Unless the line is at risk of collapsing, hydro-jetting will solve the problem, and after that, routine maintenance will keep the lines free and functioning properly. Maintenance of this sort will go a long way toward minimizing eventual blockages that could result in a line breakage requiring more drastic and expensive remediation.

Over time, accumulations build up on the inside of pipes, much like years of poor diet cause buildup in arteries. Grease, sand, scale, silt, and any number of other sediments are often the culprits.

  • Trenchless Sewer Pipe Replacement

We replace sewer and drain lines using our special trenchless pipe replacement method. This technique does not require major excavation or the disruptive damage of old-fashioned “dig it up” methods.

The trenchless method avoids the expensive replacement costs of landscaping, driveway, and parking lot surfaces. Don’t settle for the high costs, damage, and disruption of outdated pipe replacement techniques.

  • Pipelining

Trenchless Technology - The Future of Sewer Line Repair.

Thankfully, a process has been developed that will restore those backed-up sewer lines to like-new condition with little or no demolition. Walls, floors, foundations, driveways, landscapes, and sidewalks will remain intact while this process is conducted. This process involves a cured-in-place method that usually requires no extensive digging, which saves time and could save you thousands on repair costs. It’s an advanced alternative to traditional sewer line replacement that still offers the structural strength of brand-new pipes.

Trenchless sewer lining technology removes any calcification, roots, or other obstructions inside the sewer line. Second, an epoxy barrier coating is applied to the inside of the sewer line, which creates a smooth and seamless pipe within a pipe. This lining is so strong that roots can no longer penetrate the sewer lines, and calcification is no longer a concern. Best of all, it is all done above ground. This “cured-in-place” method has stood the test of time and has saved millions of linear feet of drains and homeowners/businesses billions of dollars in excavation costs. Sewer lines become stopped over time, and there’s no telling when they will be completely clogged. That’s why it’s important to have your sewer line inspected before problems begin to occur. • Faucets and Fixtures

  • Floor Drains

A floor drain is a plumbing fixture installed on a structure’s floor, mainly designed to remove any standing water near it. They are usually round but can also be square or rectangular. They usually range from 2 inches to 12 inches; most are 4 inches in diameter. They have gratings that are made of metal or plastic. The floor around the drain is also sloped to allow the water to flow to the drain. Most residential basements have one or more floor drains, usually near the water heater or washer/dryer. They can also be found in commercial basements, restrooms, kitchens, refrigerator areas, locker/shower rooms, laundry facilities, and swimming pools, among other places. A floor drain should always have a strainer secured over it to prevent injury, entry of foreign objects, or introduction of unwanted pests into the facility.

  • Garbage Disposal

Waste disposal units may jam but can usually be cleared either by forcing the turntable round from above or by turning the motor using a hex-key wrench inserted into the motor shaft from below. Very hard objects accidentally or deliberately introduced, such as metal cutlery, can damage the waste disposal unit and become damaged themselves. More problematic are drain blockages caused by shredded waste that is fibrous (artichoke leaves) or starchy (potato peelings).

  • Sink Repair

The sink is one of the most commonly used areas in the kitchen, and when deciding on purchasing a new or replacement sink, there are many considerations.

Drain Right Services is willing to assist you in purchasing a sink.
