I called the office and talked to some one immediately and scheduled me for a drain service. Hector came out was really friendly and answered all the questions. Very professional got to the point and unclogged the sink drain. Very satisfied with service and definitely recommend his services.

Clear communication with email of technician's picture in advance. Kept my house clean. Provided agreed upon quote prior to starting the job. Did what they said and with a 1 yr warranty. This is my 3rd or 4th time callling Drain Right and each time for a different issue. Great service good work. After a year and no issues on their last service work. Will use them again.

I just want to comment on Danny and Rob's helpfulness, when they came out to initially snake my drain, but discovered it was a gasket issue with the faucet unit that was hindering the water from flowing freely down the drain. Their professionalism and knowledge in resolving this issue for me shows me that Drain Right Services hires the best people to represent their company.

Juan was very prompt and he was courteous and pleasant. He resolved the problem and did advise me a part would probably need to be changed in the future. He got one of the newer parts and showed it to me and told me the price. I think he does an excellent job and represents your company very well.
